Privacy policy

I. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets out how the personal data of Users, needed to provide services by electronic means through the website (hereinafter: the Website), is collected, processed and stored.
2. The Website collects only the personal data needed to provide and develop the services it offers.
3. Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), and with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data

1. Personal data is used for the purpose that follows from the function of a given form, including:

   • registering an account and verifying the User's identity,
   • performing a contract for services,
   • communicating with the User,
   • providing social media services,
   • promoting the Controller's offer,
   • marketing, remarketing and affiliate programmes,
   • personalising the Website for Users,
   • analytics and statistics,
   • establishing, pursuing or defending against claims.

2. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude a contract or to use other functions of the Website.

IV. Types of personal data processed

The Controller may process the following personal data of the User: first and last name, PESEL (Polish national ID number), home address, e-mail address, phone number, PKK (driver candidate profile number), PKZ (professional driver candidate profile number), NIP (tax ID).

V. Period of processing

Users' personal data will be processed for the period needed to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the applicable law.

VI. Sharing personal data

1. Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Controller, its subcontractors, and entities that cooperate with the Controller, for example payment service providers, courier and postal companies, and law firms.
2. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users' rights

1. A User of the Website has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, have it transferred, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
2. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to centrum@liniaszkolenia.pl.
3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if they consider that the processing infringes their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

1. The Website collects information by means of cookies: session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies.
2. Cookies help the Website provide its services correctly and serve statistical purposes.
3. The User can set the scope of cookie access to their device in the browser settings.

X. Final provisions

1. The Controller has the right to change this Privacy Policy. Users' rights will not be limited by such changes.
2. Information about the changes will be published as a notice on the Website.
3. Matters not covered by this Privacy Policy are governed by the GDPR and Polish law.
