Regulations of the Linia Driver Training Centre

Chapter I – General information

The Driver Training Centre (hereinafter: OSK Linia) trains driver candidates in driving licence categories under permit No. 08121465 issued by the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw. Training follows the applicable Road Traffic Act (Prawo o ruchu drogowym) and the current Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the training, examination and licensing of drivers, instructors and examiners.

Chapter II – Training fees

Training price

According to the current OSK Linia price list, available in the course offers on liniaszkolenia.pl.

You can pay in cash at the office or by bank transfer to the account number given on liniaszkolenia.pl.

Payment options

• In one payment – the full amount before the training starts.
• In instalments (0% interest):
  • The first instalment is due when you enrol.
  • The next ones follow the schedule on liniaszkolenia.pl.

Late payments

• Training is put on hold until the overdue amount is paid.
• Delays can cause breaks in practical lessons.

Chapter III – Course of training

Start of training

The trainee must give OSK Linia their Driver Candidate Profile (PKK number) before the training starts.

Parts of the training

• After the theory part, the trainee can start the practical part (this does not apply to training without theory classes).
• Each trainee gets a lead instructor, who gives at least half of the practical lessons.

Booking driving lessons

• Driving lessons are booked through the office.
• Driving lessons are booked in line with the payments made.
• In justified cases, the instructor can be changed with the consent of the OSK Linia Manager.

Cancelling driving lessons

Cancel a driving lesson directly with the instructor no later than 24 hours before it starts.

Absence from driving lessons

• A lesson not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance is lost.
• To complete the training, the lost hours must be bought at 100% of the price of refresher driving lessons in the given category on the day of purchase.
• If the trainee does not report being late, the instructor waits up to 15 minutes. After that, the instructor can stop waiting and can refuse to give the late lesson.

Deadline for completing the training

• The trainee has 8 months to complete the whole training.
• After the deadline, the trainee pays the difference up to the new price.
• This does not apply to trainees who did not complete the training through the fault of OSK Linia.

Withdrawal from the training

If the trainee withdraws:

• Before the training – 100% of the payment is refunded.
• After the theory part – PLN 150 is deducted.
• During the practical part – PLN 150 plus the cost of the completed driving lessons, according to the refresher lesson price list, is deducted.
• The refund is made after the original payment receipts are returned at the office.

Chapter IV – Duties and rights of trainees and instructors

Duties and rights of the trainee

• Give the PKK number to the office before the training starts.
• Pay for the training on time.
• Follow the instructor's instructions.
• Attend classes regularly and on time.
• Take care of the equipment and teaching materials (including vehicles and training aids).

Duties and rights of the instructor

The instructor has the right to refuse to give a lesson or to ask the trainee to leave if the trainee:

• is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
• behaves aggressively or inappropriately,
• does not follow instructions and puts safety at risk.

Chapter V – Final provisions

Complaints and requests

Send complaints and requests by e-mail to the OSK Linia Manager through the office.

Matters not covered

The relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.

Entry into force

These Regulations apply from 01.02.2024 and replace all earlier versions.
