Terms of online enrolment and payment

I. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for enrolling and paying by electronic means for the services offered by LINIA ANDRZEJ RYSZARD SZOPE, NIP (tax ID) 5262192500, REGON 015769269, ul. Poznańska 14/23, 00-680 Warszawa, Poland (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
  2. The Service Provider sells its services online. Orders are accepted through the form on liniaszkolenia.pl.
  3. Prices of the services are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are exempt from VAT.

II. Definitions

  1. User – a natural person who uses the services provided by the Service Provider.
  2. Services – the services offered by the Service Provider, including driving licence courses, vocational training and other services related to the training centre's activity, as presented in the offer on liniaszkolenia.pl.
  3. Conclusion of the Contract – the moment at which the User buys a Service through the Service Provider's website.

III. Payment methods

  1. The User can pay for the ordered Services as follows:
    • a. Online payments – the paynow mBank payment system
      • 1.1 The paynow mBank payment link system supports:
        • BLIK,
        • fast online transfers (pay-by-link),
        • payment cards,
        • GPay,
        • traditional bank transfer to the bank account number
      • 1.2 Online card payments are processed by Autopay S.A. Available forms of payment:
        • Payment cards:
          • Visa
          • Visa Electron
          • Mastercard
          • MasterCard Electronic
          • Maestro.
    • b. Traditional bank transfer – to the Service Provider's bank account.
    • c. Cash – in person at the Service Provider's office.

IV. Refunds and complaints

  1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract at no cost until the provision of the services begins. Report the withdrawal by e-mail to the address given in these Terms (the address of the branch where you enrolled). Once the provision of the services has begun, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
  2. The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of the day on which the Service Provider receives the statement of withdrawal, using the same payment method the User used, unless the User agrees to a different refund method.
  3. The User has the right to file a complaint if they enrolled in the wrong service or made an incorrect payment. File the complaint by e-mail to the address given in these Terms (the address of the branch where you enrolled) within 14 days of the date the complaint is accepted.
  4. In the complaint, the User should describe the situation in detail, give the details of the wrong service and attach proof of payment.
  5. Complaints are processed within 14 working days of their submission. The User will be informed of the decision in writing.
  6. If the complaint is accepted, the User has the right to: a) have the enrolment corrected to the right service, b) a refund of the amount overpaid in the case of an incorrect payment.
  7. If the complaint is not accepted, the User has the right to appeal against the decision by submitting additional explanations within 7 days of receiving the information about the refusal.

V. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are available on the Service Provider's website.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes will be published on the Service Provider's website.
  3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and other legal acts.
